Parcels and operator tools

Parcel boundaries and property details from county records, for most of the U.S.: site address, owner, land and market value, year built, and zoning where the county publishes them
Automatic parcel lock when you are on a property, or tap a parcel and choose Survey This Parcel
Operator mode for surveying on foot, with every reading tied to the parcel you are on

A 2D grid of 5-meter squares over the parcel, colored by average signal
A 3D view that stacks squares by floor (worked out from barometric pressure) or by altitude, with orbit, top, front, and side views and a height control
Pick the time window, see the signal distribution and reading counts, and follow your device live while you walk

Mileage and trips

Drives are detected and logged on their own, with miles, times, and a route map colored by signal
A calendar of miles per day, and a driving-time chart for your saved places such as Home and Work
Mark trips Work; everything else counts as Personal. Hide trips you don't want counted
Export a CSV for your records, and get weekly and monthly mileage summaries as notifications

Early users get Pro free

If you created your Cell Surveys account before Pro launched, you get Pro free for your first three months. There is nothing to sign up for and no payment method is needed. Settings › Cell Surveys Pro shows when it ends, and it ends on its own unless you subscribe.

Subscribe, Cancel, or Restore

Subscribe: In the app, open Settings › Cell Surveys Pro, or tap any Pro feature, and choose monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Cancel: On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. The app's Manage subscription button opens the same page. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop the next renewal.
Restore: Sign in with the same Cell Surveys account and Pro follows you. If it doesn't show, tap Restore purchases in Settings › Cell Surveys Pro, signed in to the App Store or Google Play account that paid.

Pro Questions

What stays free without Pro?

Signal heatmaps, the crowd-sourced coverage map, and survey recording, including archives, replay, and CSV export of your surveys.

How does the free trial work?

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial; Apple or Google decides eligibility. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the plan price.

Does one subscription work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Pro belongs to your Cell Surveys account, so it is unlocked on any iPhone or Android device where you sign in with the same account.

Do deleting the app or my account cancel Pro?

No. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel in the store as described above. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through their stores.
